As the new year begins, it’s a time for reflection and renewal. Many of us think about our goals and the changes we want to make. At the beginning of this year, I noticed I was craving a calming atmosphere. I wanted to create a peaceful space where I could relax and recharge. That’s when I started to think about adding a sauna.
