Signature Delivery
Larger pieces that require additional packaging or handling ship as oversized parcels.

Freight Delivery
Select large outdoor pieces are delivered via freight carriers to ensure safe transport.

RETURNS & WARRANTY

Returns & exchanges

  • Due to the nature of wellness installations, furnishings, and made-to-order pieces, many Idyllwild Collective products are final sale.
  • Eligible accessories or in-stock items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in unused, original condition. Return eligibility is noted on each product page.

Damaged or incorrect items

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will work promptly with our partners to resolve the issue.
